Internal brand campaign for VW Financial Services. This campaign took place within the VGL (Fleet) space. The recommendation Palmer Hargreaves made was to build a brand to fit their business plan by transforming the internal culture. We used our ‘3D’ brand development tool to develop a proposition, look & style and brand guidelines. This included workshops to develop output, customer value proposition and a workshop to develop a proposition for the VWFS website. As well as running the brand development workshops, Palmer Hargreaves implemented the campaign including website, microsite/s, direct mail, data purchase and point of sale.
